The privacy of the personal
information that this law firm receives about our client is an
matter of importance to both us and the clients
We understand that clients must, and do, trust their attorney to protect the
confidentiality and security of information.
The information that this firm obtains about a client is used only to
provide the legal and related services requested by that client of
the firm.
Although there is a federal law designed to protect the
privacy of nonpublic personal information about consumers, as
attorneys we have been and continue to be bound by professional
standards of confidentiality that are even more stringent than those
required by this new law.

the information learned about you in the course of legal
representation.

About Clients
This firm
collects nonpublic personal information about clients only in connection
with providing clients the services they request. The types of nonpublic personal information that may be

varies according to the legal services being provided, and may
include:

that we receive from clients (such as the client's name, address, income,
assets, social security information, and other financial or
household information);

about the client's relationship and past history with this firm and others
(such as the types of legal services we provide to the client,
the client's
invoice balances and payment history); and

that we receive, with the client's authorization, from third parties
such as physicians, hospitals, accountants, financial advisors, insurance agents,
banks and others.
How This Firm Protects
Client
Information
We
restrict access to public and nonpublic personal information about
our clients to those attorneys and staff
members in our firm, and with approved associated attorneys who need to know the information to provide
services to clients. All of our attorneys, employees and associated attorneys are required to maintain
the confidentiality of all nonpublic personal information about you.
We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards
that comply with both federal law and our more stringent
professional standards to protect the public and nonpublic personal
information provided to us.
How This Firm Handles Client
Information
This
firm
do not disclose any public or nonpublic personal information about
clients provided to us to anyone outside of our firm or our
associated attorneys,
except as authorized by the client or required by law.
For example, with the client's consent, we may disclose personal
information to a third-party contractor, such as an appraiser or
accountant, who is assisting us in providing services to the client.
In addition, we will release information to the extent
required by law or regulation.
We do not sell client information under any circumstances to anyone or disclose
client information to marketing companies.
